Tenants and cosigners choose separately on their private application links. This page explains those choices; it does not save a preference.
Email and text
I agree to receive recurring informational texts from WsuLiving, LLC at the mobile number I provided about my application, lease, rent and deposits, maintenance, and other WsuLiving tenancy matters, including automated reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Texting is optional and is not a condition of applying or renting. I can choose email only. This permission is for my number only; it does not give permission for another person.
Email only
Send my WsuLiving notifications by email. I do not opt in to automated text messages.
No option is selected by default for a new preference. The private form requires a choice, but texting is optional. Electronic-signature consent is collected separately. We record the selected choice, the recipient’s contact details, the displayed wording and the time.
To complete your application, use the private link in your WsuLiving email. If you need help or want to change your preference, contact email@wsuliving.com.
